Pre-Opening Dinner Series

There’s a line in the movie, Casino Royale when James Bond names his new twist on a martini after the only woman he ever loved, “Vesper”. He says, “Once you’ve tasted it, it’s all you want to drink”. We think you’ll feel that way about everything Vesper. Food and drink promise to be exceptional, something you’ll want to keep coming back to.

Your first chance to get a taste of Vesper will be at three exclusive preview dinners. Each evening brings together owner, Dave Carney, Chef Rachel Bindel and your chance to experience the food, cocktails, and spirit of Vesper.

Thursdays, June 4, 11 & 18
Welcome cocktail or Bubbles at 6 pm
Dinner at 6:30 pm
